Milky Oats Tincture

1 oz dropper bottle

Contains: organic fresh green, milky oat tops (avena sativa) in grain alcohol 

Think of this tincture like a deep nourishing bowl of oatmeal or soup for your nervous system. Carefully harvested in a narrow 2-3 day window when the oat seed head is in its milky stage this remedy nourishes the nervous/adrenal system while also providing lots of minerals (particularly calcium and silica). These work together over time to help repair a frazzled and exhausted nervous system. * For deep restoration take this tincture daily for at least a month. This is one of my personal favorites!
