Contents: rose (Rosa centifolia), chamomile (Matricaria recutita), lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Epsom salts, essential oils.

Melt away the stress of the day with this blend of beautiful flowers and soaking salts.  Rose reminds us we must take care of ourselves in order to keep showing up for others. Chamomile helps us ground and offers comfort to our aching bodies. Lavender encourages calm and grace, especially for ourselves. The magnesium sulfate that make up the Epsom salts is a time-honored support for tired muscles and encourages the release of tension in the body*. This also makes a lovely foot soak.

Includes a small cloth muslin bag to put the salts in so your bathtub is easier to clean out afterwards :)
